Refund/ Return Policy
At Nita’s Gems, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy for you to return or exchange your item.
1. Return Window
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Final Sale Items
Certain items, such as clearance or promotional merchandise, are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nitasgems@outlook.com, and we will arrange a return label and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
