At Nita’s Gems, we carefully prepare and ship your orders so they arrive to you looking and feeling beautiful. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to fit your needs. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

• Express Shipping: 5-8 business days
  Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing or seasonal delays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide from our studio in Hong Kong. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are collected by the local carrier upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. We are unable to modify the address once an order has been placed. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
While most packages arrive on time, unexpected delays can occur. If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package appears lost, please contact us at nitasgems@outlook.com and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
